Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Integral, operated by Atelys Technologies Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you pay
Every new user starts with a 10-day free trial that requires no payment details. This is designed so you can evaluate Integral fully — its memory, reminders, web search, and (on Autopilot) its background tasks and integrations — before you are ever charged. If Integral isn’t for you, simply don’t subscribe; you will not be billed.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period— you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again after you cancel. To cancel, either:
- message the assistant on WhatsApp and ask to cancel your subscription, or
- email us at vishalsingh@integralchat.app from the number/email associated with your account.
3. Refunds
Integral is billed monthly in advance. Because you can cancel anytime and you get a full free trial before paying, we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a month once a renewal has been charged. You retain access for the remainder of that paid period.
We do issue refunds in these cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were billed more than once for the same period, or charged in error.
- Failed service — if you paid but, due to a fault on our side, the service was not delivered or was materially unavailable for the period in question.
4. How to request a refund
Email vishalsingh@integralchat.app within 7 days of the charge, including the WhatsApp number on your account, the date and amount of the charge, and a short description of the issue (for example, a duplicate charge or a service problem). We will review and respond promptly.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
